Todd Perrodin is the founder of GTP Architecture, Inc. and has built the integrity and reputation of the firm from the ground up earning the appreciation and respect from clients, contractors and the design community through his ongoing successful completion of projects. He is the cornerstone of experience with more than 25 years in the industry. In that time, Todd has established his clear and thorough understanding of the way buildings are designed and constructed and the people who make them.
Todd brings an intentional and considered approach to every building project he works on, asking the probing questions and working to integrate the answers in a meaningful way, keeping in mind the best interest of the client. He applies this skill to help the collaborative effort of all disciplines achieve excellence, integrating Design, Architecture and Construction.
Todd received his Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from Louisiana Tech University in 1985 and is registered in the states of Florida (AR0017261) and Texas (14035). Todd is a member of several professional organizations including: International Council of Shopping Centers, Construction Association of South Florida, Greater Ft. Lauderdale Chamber of Commerce and the American Institute of Architects.
